SHOPPING CENTER

Total area: 31 565 m²

Instead of current Viimsi market, we designed a 3-floor shopping center "Oliiv"

First floor area: ca 20 000 m², commercial space of: 13 300 m²

Parking was planned underground, to the floor -1 and to 2 stored parking house. Totally would have been 582 places.

Unfortunately there appeared obstacles, which stopped the project and realisation became impossible.
